About Vialta Direct Primary Care
The practice was founded by Maryna Vityuk, MD, a board-certified family physician with over a decade of experience in comprehensive primary care.
After years of practicing within the traditional insurance-based system, Dr. Vityuk saw firsthand how large patient panels and heavy administrative demands made it increasingly difficult to give patients the time and attention they deserve. Vialta Direct Primary Care was created to offer a better way.

About Dr. Maryna Vityuk
Board-Certified Family Medicine PHYSICIAN
I am a board-certified family physician with special interests in obesity medicine and menopause care. My passion has always been helping patients feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally through practical, evidence-based guidance and a supportive, long-term relationship.
I grew up in Ukraine and completed medical school there before immigrating to the United States. That journey shaped who I am as a physician, fostering resilience, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for listening and human connection. It also gave me perspective on health, wellness, and the many different paths people take to build meaningful lives.
After completing my family medicine residency in Chicago, my family and I moved to California, where I came to appreciate the welcoming, diverse community, the natural beauty of the Bay Area, and the opportunity to live an active, balanced lifestyle. Outside the clinic, I am a busy mom of two and a devoted dog owner who enjoys hiking local trails, biking, strength training, and quiet moments with a good fiction book and a well-made latte that help me stay grounded.
Direct Primary Care allows me to practice medicine the way I believe it should be practiced, with time, access, and meaningful relationships at the center.
Vialta DPC reflects my belief that healthcare should be personal, proactive, and built around the whole person.
